1 medium fryer or frying pan
1 Large Mixing Bowl
1 paper towel lined plate for draining

1 1/2lbslarge raw gulf shrimp
3cupsflour
1tspblack pepper
1/2tspsalt
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1/2tspcayenne pepper
2largeeggs
3tbspmilk

Instructions
First peel and deveined your raw gulf shrimp and give them a good rinse.
Next in a large mixing bowl or ziploc bag, mix your flour and seasonings together good.
Now add 2 eggs and a little milk to a small bowl and give it a good few whisks.
Dip each shrimp into the egg wash and then coat with the flour blend.
Drop each battered shrimp into the hot grease and fry until golden brown.
Once done frying all of the shrimp, drain good on a paper towel lined bowl or plate.
All we need to do now, is toss the shrimp in a large bowl and cot with our Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce you should have already pre-made. If not, you can find the recipe below that takes about 30 minutes.
