Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups chopped macadamia nuts
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) softened butter
  • 1 cup toffee baking bits
  • 1 ¼ cups white baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Fold in Add-ins: Gently fold in the chopped macadamia nuts, toffee baking bits, and white baking chips.
  • Scoop Cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  • Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
