Prepare the Fritters: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, milk, and the drained crushed pineapple. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Frying: Heat sweet almond oil in a pan. Using a spoon, carefully drop dollops of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, then transfer the fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
Making the Glaze: In another bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth and glossy.
Glazing: Allow the fritters to cool slightly, then generously drizzle the sweet pineapple glaze over the top.
