2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons dried italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup buttermilk powder or buttermilk
1 stick of real softened butter
3/4 cup milk

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, salt, minced garlic, and dried herbs, until well combined.
Add the grated cheddar cheese to the bowl and mix it into the dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
Pour in the milk and stir gently until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
Scoop approximately 1/4 cup of dough per biscuit onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each biscuit.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For the extra garlic butter to brush on when they come out of the oven, melt 1/2 stick real butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning together and brush on the biscuits.
