Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup canned apricots (drained)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 3 tbsp acai berry powder
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup granola of choice
  • 1 small sliced banana (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp roasted hemp seeds (do not use raw — trust me)
  • 1 tsp roasted flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen avocado, strawberries, bananas, apricots, peaches, ice, acai berry powder, coconut milk, and honey.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a chilled bowl and smooth the top.
  • Add sliced bananas across the top.
  • Sprinkle with roasted hemp seeds, roasted flax seeds, and granola.
  • Drizzle a little extra honey if you like it sweeter.

Notes

Chef’s Tip:
Roast your hemp seeds in a 375 degree oven for about 10 -15 minutes, stirring often until lightly golden and nutty. It brings out their flavor and crunch — and keeps you from biting into that raw chewy bitterness.
