There’s something magical about coffeehouse flavors — the way vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, and espresso hit just right on a cozy afternoon. So I figured, why not turn those flavors into a chilled, spoonable dessert? Over the next few weeks, I’ll be rolling out my brand-new Coffeehouse Dessert Bowl Series — creamy, mousse-style bowls inspired by your favorite café drinks.
These aren’t health bowls. These are decadent bowls — rich, velvety, and downright indulgent. Think latte meets dessert, ready to chill in your fridge or serve up with whipped cream and shortbread crumbles on top.
What’s Coming
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s brewing in my kitchen:
- Vanilla Shortbread Latte Bowl – buttery vanilla cream topped with cookie crumbles.
- Mocha Crunch Latte Bowl – chocolatey espresso cream with mocha drizzle.
- Hazelnut Caramel Dream Bowl – nutty, caramel-swirled goodness.
- Salted Toffee Espresso Bowl – creamy coffee base with sweet-salty toffee crunch.
- Maple Cream Cold Brew Bowl – cozy maple flavor with candied pecans and cinnamon sugar.
Each one starts with the same silky Latte Cream Base, chilled until thick and luscious, then customized with a flavor twist and toppings that fit its mood.
Why I’m Creating These
I wanted to make something different from smoothie bowls — something that felt indulgent and coffeehouse-style, but still simple enough to whip up at home. These bowls are perfect for brunches, late-night sweet cravings, or when you just want that café comfort without leaving your kitchen.
What’s Next
Each bowl will get its own recipe post soon, so stay tuned — they’ll roll out one at a time as I test, tweak, and taste my way through the lineup.
Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss when the first one drops — The Vanilla Shortbread Latte Bowl — buttery, dreamy, and definitely not your average vanilla.
